A brushable, water-based, interior-grade, surface bonding agent designed to be applied to the substrate prior to applying cement based and gypsum mixes.

A chloride-based, liquid admixture designed to accelerate the set time of concrete and mortar mixes in cold weather applications.

A non-chloride additive (in dry powdered form) designed to accelerate the set time of concrete and mortar mixes while increasing early compressive strength. NCA does not promote steel corrosion or efflorescence.

Universal 1023 Retarder is a special additive (in dry powder form) specifically designed to be used as a retarder when a slower set time is desired while using Universal 1023. For a slower set time, add one pack of Universal 1023 Retarder (approximately one teaspoon) to each 50# bag of Universal 1023 while mixing.
