Transeal High-Gloss
Transeal High-Gloss is a clear, exterior-grade, high-gloss, solvent-based, acrylic sealer designed to seal, enhance and protect concrete-pavers, masonry, concrete and stone. It will darken the surface (wet look) to enhance dull or faded coloring and protect the surface with a durable surface film.
Transeal Low-Gloss
Transeal Low-Gloss is a clear, exterior-grade, low-gloss, solvent-based, acrylic sealer designed to seal, enhance and protect concrete-pavers, masonry, concrete and stone. It will darken the surface (wet look) to enhance dull or faded coloring and protect the surface with a durable surface film.
Transeal WB
An interior/exterior, durable, waterborne acrylic sealer applied over properly prepared masonry and concrete surfaces. Transeal WB has a low odor level, making it an ideal sealer for interior spaces. It’s being offered under a clear or gloss formulation.
Siloxane
Siloxane is a professional grade, solvent-based, silane-siloxane water-repellent sealer that penetrates deep into the concrete surface where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores. Surfaces sealed with Siloxane are more resistant to the damaging effects of water absorption, such as cracking, spalling, pitting, freeze-thaw, salt damage, staining, mold, mildew and efflorescence.

Siloxane WB is a professional grade, water-based, silane-siloxane water-repellent sealer that penetrates deep into the concrete surface where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores. Ultra-Seal 500
This is a clear, single-component, waterborne, UV-stable acrylic emulsion. It’s a high-performing product that dries quickly when used as a concrete and cementitious sealer or as a vinyl chip grout coat. Ultra-Seal 500 exhibits excellent adhesion and penetration when applied over both new and existing concrete surfaces.
Concrete Cure and Seal
CONCRETE CURE & SEAL is a waterborne acrylic emulsion designed to cure, seal, harden and dustproof new or older concrete substrates. When applied after finishing, Concrete Cure & Seal forms a membrane which retains mix water, allowing normal hydration helping to eliminate scaling of concrete.
Hydro-Stop 25
HYDRO-STOP 25 is a permanent, VOC Free, water-based, cost effective solution used to protect finished coatings from concrete moisture related issues and extends the integrity and service life of concrete. Hydro-Stop 25 can be applied at the time of the concrete pour, to new and existing concrete surfaces, and can be applied underneath or over the surface of any cement based concrete patch. Hydro-Stop 25 solidifies to fill the pores below the surface of the concrete slab preventing moisture from reaching the surface. Hydro-Stop 25 can be applied to interior and exterior concrete surfaces including slabs (below/on/above grade), garages, driveways, patios and porches, sidewalks and concrete pavers.
Color-Seal is a water-based, low-odor, acrylic stain and sealer applied over brick, block, stucco, and concrete pavers. It provides long-lasting protection while improving the appearance of the substrate as it adds color.
Ultra-Seal 550
Ultra-Seal 550 is a one-component, colored, industrial-grade, waterborne, high-performance, fast-drying, acrylic emulsion which may be used as a decorative concrete and cementitious sealer. Exhibits excellent adhesion when applied over new and existing concrete surfaces.
Ultra-Stain
Ultra-Stain rejuvenates and decorates faded concrete, concrete pavers, retaining wall block, stucco, brick and natural stone. It can also be used to decorate and protect new concrete surfaces. Ultra-Stain is a penetrating concrete stain and protective repellent which provides an attractive yet natural looking finish when applied over horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces.
Elastoflex
A flexible, stretchable, waterborne acrylic elastomeric coating that waterproofs and decorates exterior stucco, masonry, and concrete walls. Elastoflex bridges hairline cracks and will stretch and move with the expansion of the treated building. It can be purchased in a variety of colors.
