Ultra-Guard 300 is an aliphatic, environmentally friendly, UV resistant, 77% solids, polyaspartic surface topcoat for flooring systems. Ultra-Guard 350 has a longer working time than most polyaspartic coatings making it user friendly. Recommended for exterior use only.

Ultra-Shield 200 is a two-component, clear, epoxy topcoat which provides a tough, high-gloss finish that combines excellent chemical resistance with superior adhesion when applied to properly prepared concrete. It is 100% solids, non-shrink, highly modified for better UV resistance and low odor.

ULTRA-SEAL 475 is a high-gloss, 86% solids, single-component, solvent-based, moisture cured polyurethane topcoat which yields a highly light reflective, smooth finish with U.V. stability and good gloss retention. Ultra-Glaze 475 also provides excellent abrasion, impact and chemical resistance.

Ultra-Guard 300 is a high solids, aliphatic, polyaspartic polyurea which exhibits excellent retention, gloss and UV stability. It can be applied at any thickness in a single pass on horizontal surfaces or multiple passes on vertical surfaces. Ultra-Guard 300 is quick curing and specifically formulated to be installed in thin film application.

Ultra-Prime MVB is a clear 2-component, 100% solids, low odor, low viscosity epoxy that is specifically formulated as a moisture barrier coating to treat new and existing concrete floors with high moisture and high pH.

Ultra-Seal 500 is a single-component, waterborne, UV stable, high performance, fast drying acrylic emulsion which may be used as a concrete and cementitious sealer or as a vinyl chip grout coat. Exhibits excellent adhesion when applied over new and existing concrete surfaces.

Paver-Saver is a one-component, clear, penetrating, water-based, aliphatic polyurethane designed to be used as a water, oil and stain repellent. Paver-Saver mechanically and chemically bonds to a wide variety of mineral substrates including, but not limited to concrete pavers, concrete slabs, stucco, natural stone, clay tile and brick. Paver-Saver reduces undesired stains, cracking, freeze/thaw damage, chemical degradation, biological growth, efflorescence and dirt pickup.

Ultra-Glaze 400 is a two-component, low odor, abrasion and chemical resistant, UV stable, waterborne, aliphatic, polyurethane finish coat. Ultra-Glaze 400 is available in Clear Gloss, Satin and Matte. Ultra-Glaze 400 exhibits excellent adhesion to concrete, cementitious mortars and epoxies. An excellent product to use for areas subjected to heavy foot traffic, forklift traffic and chemical attack.

Ultra-Prime 100 is a two-component, water-based epoxy coating that exhibits excellent substrate penetration, superb chemical and abrasion resistance.

Paver-Saver Plus renews, rejuvenates & decorates faded concrete, concrete pavers, retaining wall block, stucco, brick & natural stone. It can also be used to decorate & protect new concrete surfaces. Paver-Saver Plus is a semi-transparent, penetrating, concrete stain & protective repellent which provides an attractive yet natural looking finish when applied over horizontal & vertical concrete surfaces. Paver-Saver Plus (12 oz bottle) must be mixed with a 1G bottle of Paver-Saver (Clear).

Ultra-Finish is available in a variety of colors.

Non-Shrink Grout may be used to grout machinery and structural supports which require non-shrink performance combined with high strength. Its
non-bleeding and non-segregating characteristics at fluid consistencies make it an ideal anchoring cement.

For a slower set time, add one pack of Universal 1023 Retarder (approximately one teaspoon) to each 50# bag of Universal 1023 while mixing.
